As an Admin Assistant at Barchester care home, you will help deliver quality care and support to residents, answering the phone, managing files, and assisting managers. The role includes meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and touring prospective clients. You must be a multi-tasker with good computer skills and a confident phone manner. In this varied role, we'll need you to answer the phone, handle our files and support our managers. You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different. Across everything you do as an Admin Assistant here, you'll go out of your way to help us create a vibrant, happy environment.
