Job description

Are you a strong administrator looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working within a busy office where no two days are the same? We're looking fo...

  • Answer and direct telephone queries, liaising with both internal and external colleagues as necessary, and also welcome clients and escorts to the hub directing them as required.
  • Accurately check or complete all necessary BPAS and legal paperwork, ensuring relevant documentation is available for the client's episode of care.
  • Provide all information to clients in a supportive and reassuring manner, to ensure informed choices are made at all stages of their care.
  • Monitor, edit and amend appointment list using the booking system, informing clients if changes to their appointment become necessary.
  • Provide admin support for safeguarding in the hub.

Qualifications

Essential: - English and Maths qualification either GCSE A to C or Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE 4* or NVQ level 2

Experience

Essential

  • Experience at telephone and reception procedures
  • Administration experience gained in an office environment
  • Understand clerical procedures including the checking of documentation
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programmes including word, excel, outlook and Microsoft teams

Desirable: - Experience of dealing face to face and via telephone with patients who may be angry or upset, within a care environment
