Youth Support Worker
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Salary: £30,024 - £33,669 plus allowances, enhanced hours and sleep-in payments
Total package: £37,449 - £41,858 per annum
We're looking for caring, resilient, and motivated Youth Support Workers to support vulnerable young people aged 10-18 within a specialist residential setting.
As a Youth Support Worker, you'll help young people overcome challenges, build confidence, and develop the skills they need for a brighter future. This is a rewarding opportunity to positively impact lives while building a long-term career.
