The role will involve daily, weekly and monthly reporting to deadlines, picking up queries in relation to information, and working on updating HR Information systems. The information we work with is highly confidential, and is often reported at a National level, and therefore, excellent attention to detail, and an ability to identify issues with data quality is key to this role. Also essential are strong excel skills and a good understanding of information governance.
We are always looking for enterprising and innovative approaches to the way we provide our services. We are a national centre for telemedicine and introduced telehealth to the UK offender healthcare sector and also provide the service to patients in their care homes. Community matters to us and we are supported by 400 dedicated volunteers and have strong links with Bradford University, Craven College and Leeds City College to ensure we inspire the workforce of the future.

Qualifications
Essential
- Diploma/NVQ level 3 or equivalent level of knowledge or experience
Desirable
- ECDL
Knowledge

- Technical knowledge in business/administrative processes.
- Systems knowledge

- In-depth knowledge of the ESR system
Skills
Essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to cope with multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively and meet set deadlines
- Proven organisational and highly defined communication skills
- Highly developed and wide ranging IT Skills e.g. Advanced Excel, data manipulation, producing graphs
- Ability to diagnose problems and propose creative and practical solutions
Experience

- Experience of using ESR Business Intelligence
- Experience of working across a large complex organisation
- Experience of communicating both verbally and in writing to Senior Management
- Experience of preparing reports that communicate complex information in an accessible format
