Battersea Bridge House Hospital stands as a dedicated facility providing acute inpatient care for both male and female adults aged 18 years and over who require short-term assessment and treatment for mental health difficulties. What You’ll be Doing
Lead and manage the ward team to deliver high-quality patient care.Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care.Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing support and training as needed.Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. What You’ll Need
Strong clinical and management skills.Valid NMC PinExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.Previous experience in complex needs, specialist, or long-term care Why Join Us?
