The chance to meet and work with new clinicians
- Support patients throughout their inpatient surgical journey within a Urology/ General Surgery ward setting.
- Assist nursing staff in delivering high standards of patient-centred care.
- Take and record patient observations accurately, escalating concerns appropriately.
- Provide compassionate, professional, and dignified care to all patients.
Working as part of a fantastic team supported by
the 18 Week Clinical and Nurse Leads in your specialty and overseen by our
Excellent daily rate (paid via clinical payroll)

Qualifications
Essential
- Requirements
- Currently practising, or has practised, as a Ward HCA within a surgical or inpatient setting for a minimum of 6 months within the last 12 months.
- Proven experience working in the NHS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team.
Location
Essential: - Must reside within the West Midlands area.
