Job summary The Aylsham Medical Day Unit is a nurse-led day unit providing planned care for patients referred from all specialties across the Acute Trust. Established in 2018, our service treated more than 11,000 patients last year alone. Our patients are at the heart of everything we do. We aim to support patients living with chronic or acute conditions to remain in their own homes, avoid unnecessary hospital admissions and facilitate early discharge from inpatient care.
