To provide Reception cover and comprehensive administration support within the Same Day Emergency Care Unit.
Working on a flexible rota basis working 12hrs a day covering 7 days a week between the hours of 7am and 10.30pm.
To assist nursing staff with clerical duties relating to the admission, discharge and transfer of patients.
Communicate effectively with other members of the health care team, patients and relatives.

Qualifications & Education
Essential
- GCSE or equivalent at Grade C / Level 4-9 to include Maths and English
Desirable
- NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent
Knowledge and Training
Essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft offices packages
Desirable
- Proficient in the use of NHS systems eg; Sunrise, OASIS
Experience
Essential
- Previous administrative and clerical experience
Desirable
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role
