  • We are looking for an organised, and proactive individual to join our team in a key administrative role that supports the smooth running of our ward.
  • This varied role involves data entry, reception duties, and the management of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges using our electronic systems.
  • You will also be responsible for ordering stock, reporting faulty equipment, answering telephone calls, and performing a range of general office tasks to support the wider clinical team.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong sense of professionalism, be highly vigilant in maintaining patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality, and demonstrate a warm and approachable manner.
  • Excellent communication and social skills are essential, as is the ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy and sometimes demanding environment.
  • We are seeking someone who is flexible, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a lively and supportive team.
  • You should be confident in using computer systems and able to manage your time effectively while balancing multiple tasks.
