This is a busy fast paced environment so you will be flexible in your approach to the role and respond appropriately to the demands of an ever-changing workload. Previous experience in endoscopy or gastro would be an advantage but not necessary.
You will also require to have good computer skills as you will be using the trust's digital systems. You will also be responsible for management of patient records, help facilitate admissions and discharges and book follow on referrals/appointments if necessary.
In addition, you will be required to assist in general administrative duties as directed by the Senior Nursing Team If you feel that you can meet this criteria and are eager to take on new challenges within the Department then please apply.

Education
Essential
- GCSE's in Maths and English Grades 9-4 (A-C) or equivalent experience
- Evidence of continued professional development
Skills
Essential
- Evidence of ability to deal with confidential and occasionally complex matters
- Ability to plan and organise own workload
- Evidence of standard level use of IT packages including Microsoft Office
- Good inter-personal and communications skills
