Frimley Park Hospital Ward Clerk - Ward F9 Gastroenterology and Hepatology 12-Month Fixed Term Contract We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-workin...
- To provide administration cover for the ward.
- Key tasks would be to process patients' admissions, transfers, discharges on EPIC and liaise with ward staff to resolve any problems.
- Ensuring adequate stock levels of day-to-day supplies using EPROC.
- Assisting with data collection for audits and research as required.
Visa Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.

Qualifications
Essential: - GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
Desirable: - Excel and Word qualification.
Experience
Essential: - Experience of clerical duties.; - High Standard of IT literacy/experience in computer usage.
Desirable
- Previous health care experience.
- Administrative/clerical experience.
- Previous experience of working within a hospital setting.
- Previous front facing customer service experience.
- Previous experience of working as part of a team and on own initiative.
Skills & Knowledge
Essential
- Ability to work unsupervised at times and the ability to prioritise workloads under the guidance of line manager/Shift in Charge
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate well at all levels, both face to face and by telephone
- Ability to support clinical staff with patient and carers needs (non-clinical)
- Ability to work within a busy environment
Desirable: - To work well in a small team.; - Work flexible hours as the service requires of the role.
