To participate in all duties relevant for the day to day operations within the Radiology waiting list/appointments office(s) and assist the department with regards to all waiting list management issues.

- Able to liaise with members of the public/other organisations and General Practitioners. Capable of dealing with sensitive and confidential documents and situations

- Understanding of NHS waiting times targets and pathways Understanding of UHB Policies Awareness of GDPR/Data Protection Act

- Communication skills Excellent data entry/ keyboard skills Experience of using computer packages such as Excel and Word
- Organised and methodical Attention to detail Excellent telephone manner
