Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic doctor to join our existing group of doctors. You will be expected to be involved fully on our rolling on-call rota...

As a Vascular Clinical Fellow, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality vascular care across a busy regional vascular network. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will manage complex vascular patients, participate in the vascular on-call rota, contribute to outpatient clinics, theatre sessions and multidisciplinary meetings, and support the continued development of vascular services.

You will be expected to demonstrate excellent clinical judgement, strong communication and organisational skills, and a commitment to patient-centred care. The role offers opportunities to further develop open and endovascular surgical skills, contribute to clinical governance, audit and service improvement activities, and support teaching and learning within the department. We are looking for a motivated, resilient and collaborative clinician who is committed to delivering excellent care and upholding the Trust's values of compassion, inclusion and respect.

At UHSussex, diversity is our strength, and we want you to feel included to help us always deliver Excellent Care Everywhere, as shown in our Outstanding for Caring CQC rating.

Your uniqueness and experiences will be part of our creative and innovative community where everyone is encouraged to succeed. We have a range of staff networks to help break down barriers, and can offer a buddy to help new members settle in.

We're proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 3) and a Veteran Aware Trust.
