Triage Nurse - District Nursing

The services currently operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with core hours of 08.00-18.30.

Shift patterns are 08.00-16.00, 10.30-18.30 or 08.00-18.30.

What will we give you?

Once you have started with Oxford Health you will be on the road to develop and hone your clinical skills. We offer each person a bespoke induction in your team with a period of being supernumerary , which is usually up to 4 weeks. We will ensure you can attend the District Nursing Induction programme, this is tailored to district nursing staff, encompassing as facets of Oxford Health and the lived experience of what you will do, giving you an insight into the organisation. The preceptorship programme is another opportunity for you and you will be able to undertake a service development project. This role is a Triage based office job and requires to you to be on site.
