BASIC SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000
- Commission (15% of Basic Salary, capped at 110%)
- Fleet car during probationary period, then fully-expensed Company Car option.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Trainee Medical Sales, Junior Sales Representative - Medical Devices, Healthcare
We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee / Junior Medical Sales Representative to develop business across the M25 region. You'll receive training, support and mentoring from one of the best trainers in the industry whilst learning how to promote a respected range of medical products to NHS and private healthcare customers.
This is an opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing international medical technology business where performance, professionalism and customer relationships are highly valued.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Trainee Medical Sales, Junior Sales Representative - Medical Devices, Healthcare
- You will drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%), in an established, high-potential territory.
- Your job will be highly consultative, based within an operating room environment.
- Preparation of quotations and demonstration of equipment.
- Full training, development and mentoring provided.
- You will also visit fairs and congresses, in order to maximise awareness of our extensive brand portfolio.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Trainee Medical Sales, Junior Sales Representative - Graduate Medical Devices, Health care
- You will be an ambitious medical or business graduate with some surgical sales exposure, a Nurse, ODP or Clinician with strong sales potential a B2B sales representative with a transferable style, or an established medical or surgical sales representative.
- You will have researched the role of a Medical Sales Representative, and be fluent in what it will take to be successful.
- A first-class networker, and relationship-builder.
- Seeking to progress your sales career in a top-flight company, and in a hospital medical devices sales environment.
