This structured 6-month development pathway includes a dedicated personal mentor to guide you, grow your confidence, and help you build the leadership skills you need to succeed. What you’ll do:
Lead with Compassion: Support your team and residents by role-modelling exceptional care, aligned with our values and standards.Promote Person-Centred Care: Help plan and deliver truly individualised care, supporting residents with dignity, empathy, and warmth.Develop & Inspire: Learn how to support, mentor, and guide your colleagues as part of your development into a senior role.Be a Team Anchor: Work closely with Nurses and the Clinical Deputy Manager to promote safety, wellbeing, and high-quality care throughout the home.Create Community: Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues – creating a place that feels like home. What we’re looking for:You may already be a Care Assistant with experience or simply someone with natural leadership potential and a heart for care. What matters most to us is your attitude, your values, and your willingness to learn and grow.
