As Team manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the new developing service. Experience and knowledge of community services and third sector organizations in Manchester will be beneficial for this role.
Manchester Neighbourhood Team is a compassionately led, trauma informed, and recovery focused service. CPD opportunities are available and personal interests/skills will be supported to develop and grow.
The post holder will help align and integrate Neighbourhood Team alongside the ongoing transformation of community mental health services. This will require strengthening and maintenance of relationships with other community services and colleagues.
The service currently operates between 9 - 5 Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Successful applicants will participate in the Bronze on call/site rota as required (this will entail some unsociable hours/weekend working).

Professional Qualification
Essential
- RMN, social worker or OT with relevant registration
Desirable
- Management/Quality Improvement experience
Post Registration Experince
Essential
- Minimum 4 years post registration experience.
Desirable
- Have experience in a community mental health setting
Leadership Skills
Essential
- Ability to support and manage MDT colleagues
Desirable
- Experience in partnership working
Clinical supervision/Line Managment
Essential
- Experience of providing line management and clinical supervision to staff
Desirable
- Experience of budget managment or resource allocation
Car owner

- Car driver with access to vehicle
