Lead with Compassion, Care with Purpose We are looking for dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team! The Cedars are a 12 bedded residential home that specialise in care for individuals with Learning disabilities, mental health needs and early -onset dementia. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and mentor a team of support workers to deliver exceptional careDevelop, implement and review person-centred care plansProvide practical and emotional support with daily living, personal care, and activitiesMonitor outcomes and document changes in care or wellbeingLiaise with families, professionals, and colleagues to ensure consistent, tailored supportEnsure compliance with safeguarding, policies, and CQC standardsSupport the onboarding and training of junior staff What You’ll Need
Previous experience in a senior support working roleNVQ Level 2 in Health & Social CareMust be Medication Administration trainedStrong supervision and communication skillsExcellent care planning & record keeping experienceFlexibility to work various shifts including weekends and nights if required Why Join Us?
