To receive all incoming calls and all visitors to the service/team and deal with appropriately in a courteous and helpful manner.
Refer to the JD & PS for additional information regarding the main duties of the job.
To provide support to the Operations Manager and the multi-disciplinary Clinical team You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work in a team with the ability to work on your own initiative administrative support to the service ensuring efficient and smooth running of the team/unit. To work closely with the Team Administration Lead to provide an efficient and responsive administrative provision to the service. Responsible for developing own administration systems for the team and providing day-to-day administrative support to the team. The post requires the ability to work on own initiative and to liaise effectively with a broad range of professions and to maintain client confidentiality.

Essential
- Computer Literacy oword processing skills (MSOffice Word) 40-45 wpm typing speed
- Data entry skills
- Familiarity with switchboard duties
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to type using digital dictation recordings.
- Ability to prioritise workload, and plan and organise own time effectively
Desirable
- Experience and knowledgeable in admin work

- Educated to GCSE standard or NVQ3 or equivalent
- Good standard of Written and Spoken English
Desirable
- Significant experience of working as part of an administrative team.
- Experience in a health/mental health, education or social services environment.
- Experience of working in a culturally diverse inner city area.
- Minuting meetings
