System Administrator

The purpose of the post Digital Systems Administrator is to ensure that the Trusts IT systems are secure, reliable and efficient. The role will be responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of the IT systems under the responsibility of the Digital System Support team.

The post holder will be responsible for

Operational Support. Managing incidents and service requests related to their allocated system using the Trust ITSM system. This includes:

Providing second line application and technical support, investigating, diagnosing and resolving complex issues. Raising and coordinating issues with suppliers and internal digital teams and providing resolution by leading or supporting incident or resolver groups. Raising problem records for identified trends, multiple incidents or risks
