Supported Living manager advert- Fixed term contract

We have an opportunity as a Supported Living Manager at our services in Thanet, Kent. The Supported Living Manager will be responsible for managing 4 adjacent apartment blocks consisting of 28 individual, one bed flats. We provide intensive support for adults who may a diagnosis of autism, learning disabilities or physical health needs.

As the manager, your focus will always be on ensuring the delivery of consistently high-quality services. You and your team will develop and maintain flexible and realistic support plans using our excellent digital care management system in collaboration with the people we support, family members and other professionals. You will be responsible for everyday operational management.

Having a background in a supporting living setting will be an advantage. Flexibility is essential and you should also have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
