Join our day service hub as a support worker in Sarn, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex physical or communication needs. What You'll Be Doing:
Engaging service users in adapted arts & crafts, music therapy sessions, and games.
Supporting individuals with their daily living needs, personal care, and mealtimes and general support worker duties
Helping members explore the surrounding local area safely on community outings.
Building consistent, trust-filled relationships with members who rely on your routine support.
