We are expanding our day centre team in Pencoed and looking for warm, dependable individuals to support older adults and people living with age-related conditions. If you're a natural chatterbox with a big heart, you'll fit right in! What You'll Be Doing:

Leading daily social activities, gentle movement groups, and creative projects.

Ensuring members' well-being through attentive personal care and mealtime assistance.

Helping older adults maintain independence and stay connected with their local community.

Building strong, trustworthy relationships with members and their families.
