We work in a trauma-informed, child-centred way, offering specialist interventions, access to therapies, and high-quality support. Our aim is simple but powerful: to help young people feel safe, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes for their future. From cooking meals together, getting outdoors, playing sports, or being a calm and consistent adult during difficult moments – your presence will matter. What the Role Looks Like

Providing day-to-day care and emotional supportCreating positive routines and meaningful experiencesSupporting educational development and opportunitiesActing as a key worker when requiredContributing to care plans, reviews, and meetingsWorking collaboratively with therapists, schools, families, and professionalsBeing active, energetic, and child-focused — no two days are the same Who We’re Looking For: You don’t need to be perfect — you need to be patient, resilient, and genuinely caring. You’ll ideally have:

At least 12 months’ experience in a caring or support roleLevel 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable)Full UK driving licence (mandatory)Polish language skills (advantageous)Strong communication and listening skillsThe ability to stay calm and think on your feetConfidence to work independently and as part of a teamProfessionalism in reviews and multi-agency meetingsThe ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young people Why You’ll Love This Job Because this isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to make a real difference.
