We're recruiting Support Workers to join a friendly and dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible and enjoy fulfilling lives within their local community. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll build meaningful relationships, encourage independence and help people achieve their personal goals, while providing the practical support they need in their day-to-day lives. Whether you already have experience in care or are looking to start a new career, we'd love to hear from you. If you have the right attitude, full training and ongoing support will be provided. The Role As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs. Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting people with everyday living activitiesEncouraging independence and building confidenceAssisting with shopping, cooking and household tasksPlanning and coordinating recreational activities, including cinema, theme park and other trips/activitiesSupporting individuals to access community activities, appointments and social eventsProviding personal care where requiredPromoting dignity, choice and respect at all timesMaintaining accurate records and following individual support plansWorking closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals About You We're looking for people who are:

Caring, patient and compassionateReliable and trustworthyPositive, enthusiastic and willing to learnGood communicators with a friendly approachAble to work both independently and as part of a teamFlexible to work a rota that may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays Previous experience in care, support work or a similar role is beneficial but not essential. We're equally keen to hear from people looking to start a rewarding career where they can make a positive impact every day. A full UK driving licence would be advantageous, although it isn't essential. What's on Offer
