Nurse Seekers are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a small, friendly independent care home in Torquay who are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join their dedicated team. About the Role:The successful Support Worker will provide high-quality, person-centred care to their residents, supporting them with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: ·

Assisting residents with personal care and daily routines ·

Supporting emotional wellbeing and social engagement ·

Working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals ·

Maintaining accurate care records What We’re Looking For: ·

A caring, patient, and positive attitude ·

Good communication and teamwork skills ·

Previous care experience, and Care qualifications are desirable ·
