Provide support to individuals in daily living activities.Assist clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care.Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills. Qualifications:

Care Certificate or Diploma Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)Relevant certifications in social care or related fields.First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous. Experience Requirements:

Experience in social care or a related field is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate and patient approach towards clients.Previous experience in a support worker role or similar environment.Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
