If you’re someone who genuinely cares about helping older adults live independently and happily, we’d love you to join our team at Monkwray Court in Whitehaven. We’re recruiting Support Workers for flexible zero‑hour roles, all paid at £13.91 per hour on a permanent contract.
In Extra Care Housing, every person has their own home, whether that’s a flat, bungalow, or part of a retirement community, and your role is to support them to live the life they choose. We’ll give you full, paid training and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and confidence. And if you already have experience, this is a great place to take the next step in your career.
If you’re friendly, compassionate, and want to work somewhere that truly values people, you’ll fit right in. We'd love to talk to you.
