Support Worker – Adults with Disabilities Temp-to-Perm Position Locations: Preston • Leyland • Bamber Bridge
Pay: £13 per hour
Are you a compassionate, patient, and dedicated person looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities in a supported living environment.
About the Role You will be supporting adults to live as independently as possible by providing personalised care and promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing.
Duties may include
Supporting individuals with daily living tasks Assisting with personal care (where required) Encouraging engagement in activities and community participation Promoting independence and positive outcomes Working as part of a supportive, professional team
You will work as part of a rota which may include long days, sleeps and/or waking nights.
