We are looking for dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our team!
ICSS provides a supported living service in Walsall for adults with mental health conditions and associated complex needs.

- Care and support should be person-centred, planned, coordinated and proactive.
- Service users should have choice and control over how their health needs are met.
- People with a learning disability and/or autism should be supported to live in the community.
- People we support should have a choice about where and with whom they live.
- We train our staff to support service users who present with behaviours that challenge in a personalised way.
- Lead and mentor a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care
- Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans
- Provide practical and emotional support with daily living, personal care, and activities
- Monitor outcomes and document changes in care or wellbeing
- Liaise with families, professionals, and colleagues to ensure consistent, tailored support
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, policies, and CQC standards
- Support the onboarding and training of junior staff
- Previous experience in a senior support working role
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- Must be Medication Administration trained
- Strong supervision and communication skills
- Excellent care planning & record keeping experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and nights if required
