Support Worker

Make a Difference Everyday! We are recruiting Support Worker to work with our team! Baytree is our brand-new purpose built Supported Living environment, it will compromise of 10 self-contained en-suites flats, beautiful garden space, balcony area and fully equipped shared kitchen. Baytree will also have a fully functional staff area which will be made up of a staff room, office and en-suite room for those that are doing sleepin’s. Baytree will support people with varied mental health conditions on their journey to living independently. What You’ll be Doing

Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.Provide emotional support and companionship.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. What You’ll Need

Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support workerStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained Why Join Us?
