At Avena Healthcare, recovery is delivered through a clinically led, evidence-based approach within a safe and supportive environment. Our focus is on treating the whole person, combining medically managed detox with personalised therapeutic support to help people build the foundations for lasting recovery. What You’ll be Doing
Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.Provide emotional support and companionship.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. What You’ll Need
Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support workerStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained Why Join Us?
