Provide personalized care and support to residentsAssist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparationImplement and follow individualized care plansSupport residents in developing social skills and participating in community activitiesManage challenging behavior with patience and professionalismMonitor and report on residents' progress and well-beingCollaborate with healthcare professionals and family members What You’ll Need

Great communication and teamwork skills.A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviourQualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
