Treetops is a 28 bedded residential home, located in beautiful countryside close to Alfreton in Derbyshire. Our facility specializes in providing care for individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours. What you’ll be Doing
Provide personalized care and support to residentsAssist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparationImplement and follow individualized care plansSupport residents in developing social skills and participating in community activitiesManage challenging behavior with patience and professionalismMonitor and report on residents' progress and well-beingCollaborate with healthcare professionals and family members What You’ll Need
Great communication and teamwork skills.A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviourMust have a Valid Driving LicenseMust be trained in Moving & Handling. Why Join Us?
