Hours of work: 4 hours week and 12 hours on week 2 – alternate
Rate of Pay: £14.50 per hour if employed / £17.00 per hour if self-employed.

Direct Payment Female Carer
Looking for a female Carer to join our team in providing personal care for an elderly lady based in Leconfield.
Split Shifts
- Monday: 4 hours.
- Alternate Saturdays & Sundays: 4 hours each day.
- Full training provided - no previous experience required.
About the candidate
- Be motivated, proactive and able to work on their own initiative.
- Be patient, caring and understanding.
- Have good communication skills (clear and effective communication).
- Be able to build a positive relationship with the individual to both encourage and support them.
- Be flexible to accommodate the hours of work where necessary.
DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post – Cost to be met by the local authority.
