Job description
Location: St Asaph, North Wales Hours: Part-time 3 days per week, 10:30am2:00pm, with flexibility to work every other weekend and provide holiday and sickness cover. In this role, youll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
