Job description
We are looking for Support Workers for our vibrant supported living service in Bromsgrove, we offer high-quality care to individuals with diverse support needs, including learning disabilities, Autism, and mental health challenges. We strive to empower our service users to live fulfilling lives and follow their passions through engaging activities such as cooking, baking, board games, movie nights, and arts and crafts. In this role, you will provide compassionate personal care and safely administer medication. You’ll encourage and support service users to participate in exciting social and leisure activities. Developing warm, trusting relationships with service users and their families will be at the heart of what you do. We are looking for someone empathetic, reliable, and proactive in their approach. A valid driving license is essential for this role to ensure flexibility in supporting our service users.
