Support Worker - Assisted Discharge Location: Hove, East Sussex Salary: £24,479 per annum, pro rata (£13.45 per hour) Hours: 29.5 per week this will include weekend working Contract: Permanent Additional Information: Full UK Driving Licence required and access to a vehicle.
