MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide an effective information and advice service, for people to agreed organisational and contractual standards and ensuring that all targets and outcomes are met. To hold a caseload of up to 15 service users at any one time (up to 100 service users across the lifetime of the project depending on need and complexity).
