Job Summary We are looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals at Arundel House. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality person-centred care and support.Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.Support individuals with medication as required and in line with training.Encourage independence and promote choice and dignity.Support individuals with community activities and appointments.Monitor and report changes in individuals' health and wellbeing.Maintain accurate and confidential care records.Follow individual care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.Work effectively with colleagues and other professionals. Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a care or support worker role is desirable.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and respectful approach to care.Ability to work as part of a team.Willingness to complete mandatory training.Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care.
