Youll be providing 1:1 support to help them live safely, happily, and with as much independence as possible, both at home and out in the community. We have both day and waking night shifts available. About the person youll be supporting: They are a friendly and sociable person who enjoys being around familiar people, sensory activities, going for walks, spending time outdoors, and exploring the local area. They thrive on routine and feel safest when supported by people who understand them well. - Supporting with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, dressing, and toileting
- Preparing safe, nutritious meals in line with dietary needs
- Support out in the community
- Providing reassurance, structure, and positive engagement throughout the day or night
- Monitoring safety and wellbeing
- Recording daily notes accurately and reporting any concerns promptly
