Job description
You must be a driver for this role. We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to support one of our female clients who has FND, in her own home where she lives with her husband based in Mynydd Isa, Mold When you'll be working: Wednesday, Thursday's and every other Friday Week 1: 2 days a week / Week 2: 3 days a week 9:30am - 17:30pm In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
