Job Description We are looking for three Family Support Workers to support a new school-linked whole family wellbeing project for young people aged 12–18 affected by drug and alcohol use, and their parents or carers. Working with secondary schools, Youth Services, LIBRA and partner agencies, you will provide early, practical and relationship-based support before concerns escalate to crisis or statutory thresholds.
