Are you experienced in supporting children or young people with challenging behaviour, SEN or complex needs?
We are looking for a Student Support Worker in Aylesbury to join a supportive specialist education setting, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop their confidence, independence and behaviour.
As a Student Support Worker - Aylesbury, you will build positive relationships with pupils, provide day-to-day guidance and support, and help maintain a safe and structured environment.
You will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs, using calm and consistent approaches to manage challenging situations and encourage positive outcomes.
We're looking for a Student Support Worker - Aylesbury who:
- Has experience supporting children or young people

- Can confidently manage challenging behaviour
