Staff Nurse - Wards (12-month FTC)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Staff Nurse to join our inpatient ward team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in a surgical ward environment to work within a high-quality private healthcare setting, delivering exceptional patient care throughout the patient journey.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient experience.

Deliver safe, effective and patient-centred nursing care.Assess, plan and evaluate care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and NMC guidelines.Collaborate with consultants, healthcare professionals and support staff to provide outstanding patient outcomes.Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.Promote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).Previous experience working on a surgical ward within a hospital setting.Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.A commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
