Registered Nurse – Neurological Rehabilitation We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join a specialist neurological rehabilitation service, supporting adults with complex neurological conditions following injury, illness or disease.This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.The Role
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to adults with complex neurological needs.Complete nursing assessments, care plans and risk assessments.Act as a Named/Primary Nurse for a designated group of patients.Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation outcomes.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of care.Support and supervise Healthcare Assistants where appropriate.Practice in line with the NMC Code and current clinical guidelines. Requirements
Current NMC registration (RN).Right to work in the UK.Previous Band 5 (or equivalent) nursing experience within neurological rehabilitation, neuro-disability or complex care.Strong clinical assessment, care planning and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
