Community nursing in the recovery hubs suits people who can work independently and within the wider multi-disciplinary team. Youll be resilient, motivated, and adaptable to working in an ever-changing environment and of course, a passion for providing the best possible care. You will have great communication skills and maintain a high standard of clinical work when carrying out nursing procedures. You will ensure compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will motivate colleagues, champion service user safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.
The post holder will be responsible for their designated workload within the bed base and will have access to support from a senior clinician
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment of patients care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs of patient care working within an integrated health and social care Team
