Speech and Language Therapist

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

Assess, plan, and deliver therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.

Support children with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties, including autism and other complex needs.

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, teaching assistants, and families to implement therapy strategies in the classroom and at home.

Contribute to EHCP planning and reviews, providing professional input and recommendations.

Monitor and evaluate progress, adapting therapy approaches as needed.

Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.

Experience working in an educational or SEN setting (preferred but not essential for newly qualified therapists).

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A creative, child-centred approach to therapy.
