Joining our supportive and forward-thinking Education and Inclusion Therapy Service as a Speech and Language Therapist, youll play a key role in ensur...
- Provide Speech and Language Therapy assessments and evidence-based interventions for children and young people.
- Work collaboratively with education staff, families and multi-agency professionals to develop and implement effective, meaningful support plans.
- Deliver Speech and Language Therapy support as part of Hampshire Local Area Partnership's Experts at Hand offer across a range of educational settings and age groups.
- Support capacity-building within schools and educational settings through consultation, training and whole-school communication approaches.
- Participate in service development, quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policy development.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with professional, regulatory and organisational standards.
- Travel across Hampshire to deliver services, with caseloads allocated predominantly within your geographical area.
