- Provide specialist Speech and
Language Therapy assessments and evidence-based interventions for children and
young people.
- Work collaboratively with
education staff, families and multi-agency professionals to develop and
implement effective, meaningful support plans.
- Deliver specialist Speech and
Language Therapy support as part of Hampshire Local Area Partnership's Experts
at Hand offer across a range of educational settings and age groups.
- Support capacity-building within
schools and educational settings through consultation, training, whole-school
communication approaches and policy development.
- Provide clinical and managerial
supervision to Speech and Language Therapists within the team.
- Contribute to service development
through initiatives such as care pathway development and acting as a locality
or school cluster lead.
- Maintain accurate and timely
clinical records, ensuring compliance with professional, regulatory and
organisational standards.
- Travel across Hampshire to
deliver services, with caseloads allocated predominantly within your
geographical area.
